Effective home remedies for premature ejaculation

Is there a treatment or method with which you can solve the problem of premature ejaculation at home? One of our readers has found some tried and tested tips and sent them to us:

There really is no medicinal cure for premature ejaculation, but there are some home remedies which can help improve the condition and treat it in time.

Here are some effective methods and recipes which my friends have used to help solve the above-mentioned problem.

1. First of all, stay away from all carbonated drinks (including beer).

2. Try to include some of these foods in your diet (preferably as breakfast or lunch): fried eggs and sausage, steak tartare, and thyme for seasoning. The effects of celery and strawberry are also great. You can also try using a bit more hot paprika and black pepper, but not too much so as not to upset your stomach.

3. The penis head may become hypersensitive due to improper methods of masturbation – bad habits that had formed and become ingrained during one’s high school years. There are some books which have exercises on how to do it properly. In my opinion, we should consult such books more often instead of relying on movies to learn the art of lovemaking. And, last but not least, we should accept our partner unconditionally; or, if this is impossible, find someone to whom we can fully give ourselves over. How does it work, and for whom?
In order to enjoy sex, one needs to have sufficient potential; it’s something a man must acquire. What is a substantial amount of potential? For good sex, you need a good amount of surplus potential: potential which is extra considering the body’s actual needs. Men are more than happy to give this surplus potential over to the woman, and their body urges them to do just this. At such times, the penis becomes aroused very easily, and an erotically charged mood is created. Besides everyday sex, the above tips are also a great help in building up potential. Besides having regular meals and eating foods which have positive effects, it’s also necessary to experiment with things which improve one’s general mood and strength.
A vegetarian, or someone with stomach problems, cannot consume all of the foods listed above. So, I would recommend that you pay more attention to yourself and allow yourself to develop cravings. Pick and choose according to your tastes and your goals. Spicy foods may act as aphrodisiacs because they increase blood flow throughout the body, while the carbonated drinks mentioned above spoil the taste of semen too.

Eat and enjoy
Eating, however, cannot solve everything. As my reader mentions, incorrect methods of masturbation are also a reason for premature ejaculation. The link between the hypersensitivity of the penis head and premature ejaculation has become known as an empirical fact, which I would again like to refute. Sensitivity is one of the prerequisites for sex. Those who are sensitive can have amazing orgasms. A man should enjoy sex too, and he shouldn’t have to think of something else during sex, or pinch himself, or move very little. We all wish to find pleasure in sex – through each other. We would like to give each other the same things at the same time. But we can only give things that already exist within us. If we find pleasure in sex, we can give pleasure. The penis head should be sensitive too, but it’s the nervous system which should be stronger in order to hold back the orgasm and the ejaculation of semen. Our potential lies mostly in our nervous system; and also, partially, in the muscles which control erection (these are tiny, hidden muscles found on the inner surface of the hip bone).

Sexual training
Building up potential inside the body is an active process. It’s not enough to just collect energy (through eating, for example): the ability to store energy and utilize it at exactly the right moment is also a task which requires a lot of strength. This task is managed – set off, controlled, and finished off – by the nervous system. Who would have thought that what is needed to have better and less problematic sex (and also, for example, to prevent and solve the problem of premature ejaculation) is to have more sex? This is what I have believed in, claimed, and experienced for years now – both as a doctor and as a woman.
Just as you need continuous training – sport and exercise – to maintain your stamina and the strength of your muscles, similarly, potential is best collected during sex.
When you don’t have a lot of sex (you don’t desire it as often and as strongly), you are happy that this lack of sex does not bother you while you’re busy somewhere else. When, however, you get your sexual appetite (and your partner) back, you notice that you can’t perform as well as you did before. This is because the things that you don’t use often will eventually – and imperceptibly – deteriorate.

The right
way to masturbate
How do you know you’re doing it right – whether you’re young or old? Is there a difference in how to do it? Masturbation is needed too; it provides another way to build up potential and train those sex muscles. Men should masturbate with an erect penis, using the right hip movements. It’s not proper training if you just use your hand; if you use your hand only, you’ll never reach better results. You need to use a sex toy in order to perform “intelligent” sexual training – as it is befitting of a clever descendant of the Neanderthals.
