The female cycle fluctuates; just like a woman herself does. Sometimes there are delays, and sometimes there are unexpected skips forward. Over time, women become experienced in this too, but for long years they are puzzled and afraid. Their main worry is pregnancy.

Natural and healthy
Every female body has its own unique cycle. This is usually characteristic of women; their cycles generally last from 28 to 30 days. Also, each woman has her own unique characteristics: Julia’s cycle is always 28 days, Delia’s is normally 30 to 31 days, and Erica is anywhere between 27 and 30 days. For them, this is regular and easy to follow, and since they don’t use hormonal contraceptives, their cycles are determined by their own natural rhythm.

Their rhythm is determined by their life, their practices, and the pleasures they experience. Even without a calendar, they can predict their period within a given cycle. They are not afraid of it: they sense it and understand it. This is the most important knowledge women acquire in their lives, and in this they are ahead of men. This is one of the reasons why the tasks women are given at their workplace should be such in which they can utilize their intuitions effectively. Their involuntary behavior can help uncover a partner’s real intentions during a negotiation as well as the weak points in a situation. A woman acts as a marker without even knowing it. If a woman freaks out, the problem is not only inside her and it’s generally a good idea to take a wider look at what might have caused her to become upset.

This requires experts with sufficient professional preparedness. Women who live in close contact will become synchronized within days and they will start getting their periods at the same time. This is a shift in their cycle: that is, this synchronicity overwrites their regular cycle; therefore their regular period arrives early or late. They are simply doing what’s right; in this, there is nothing unique: this is a communal reaction regulated by a higher level of organization. Women’s bodies are able to do this: and much more than this.
