A woman’s fate is in her own hands. You just have to give it a try – you’ll see what an amazingly great body you have. It shows you what is bad and rids itself of it; it flourishes from what is good and makes you happy in the process.

What causes shifts in menstruation?

There may be backward and forward shifts in menstruation, and these are not only caused by becoming pregnant. Other causes may be: stress, exhaustion, excess physical exertion or a lack thereof, weight gain or weight loss, acute or chronic illnesses, surgeries and medical treatments, sensitivity and reactions to weather fronts, positive and negative changes in sexual activity, not taking the pill properly and various problems encountered when going on and coming off the pill, nursing, exam periods, competitions, travel, climate changes due to travel, strong sunlight or lack of light, pregnancy, hormonal problems, spine problems, other disorders, and drugs.

Getting your period early may be a good thing: it may be because you’ve been sunbathing or having sex too much – at such times, bodily functions are suddenly set off and they accelerate rapidly. If you only experience this on a few occasions, you can pay attention to it and help yourself develop in a favorable direction. If these shifts occur more often and you start to worry because you don’t understand this phenomenon, see your OB/GYN. If you suspect you are pregnant, do a pregnancy test, but do not fret unnecessarily. We may give you this and similar advice, but it is by far not enough to make you and your doctor see your situation clearly. For this, you need feminine intuition: clean, drug-free, and rich in emotion.

The hands of fate may be yours
If you’d like to take your fate into your own hands and enjoy your life, think also – besides leading a healthy life – about giving your sex life a tune-up.  Bodily functions that you rarely use will slow down and stagnate. If you train yourself to achieve a goal, you need to do exactly what’s needed to achieve this goal, and do it every day. You need regular, daily training and, if necessary, one day of rest per week. You need sex to train yourself for more sex; and the training has to be pleasurable. Learn what is needed for great sex. Give your sexual life a tune-up.
