3. Description of the Credit Prize Game
The Credit Prize Game is a game which encompasses several applications using Adobe® Flash® technology as well as several so-called internet quiz games with which you can win credits. The credits you win in a game will be credited to your account in your personal user profile. You will need Adobe® Flash® Player in order to play some of the games.

4. Conditions of participation in the Credit Prize Game
You can participate in the Credit Prize Game by using the Adobe® Flash® applications (hereinafter referred to as: HankyPankyHero Game and Positions Memory Game) and the internet quiz games (hereinafter referred to as “games”), namely: OS Doctor Quiz Game, Positions Quiz Game, Sexual Terms Quiz Game, and OS Blog Quiz Game, all of which can be found at www.orgasmservice.com. Any internet user who, at the time of registration, is 18 years old or above, is free to participate in the Credit Prize Game. The organizing company, as well as its employees and their family members are not allowed to participate in the Credit Prize Game (according to Section 685/b of the Hungarian Civil Code).
In order to participate in the Credit Prize Game, you need to register and purchase a 30-credit user access (membership) at least once within the given reference period. You can do this at www.orgasmservice.com. Purchases made within a given reference period can be transferred to the following reference period; but as a special condition, each player must, at the end of the given reference period (i.e., at the end of the Credit Prize Game), have paid membership (even if only one credit). (Credits may either be leftover credits or top-up credits.)

5. Adobe® Flash® applications:

5.1 Description of the HankyPankyHero Game – The selection of the winners
The aim of the HankyPankyHero Game is to move the male and female figures with the help of Adobe® Flash® technology in order to create a continuous sequence of motions. The basic idea of the game is to create an animated motion sequence which imitates or resembles sexual intercourse and the so-called “positions” used during intercourse – but you don’t necessarily have to do this. The finished animation will automatically be uploaded to www.orgasmservice.com. Registered users can, within the given reference period, rate the animations on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 being the lowest value and 5 the highest) in a completely subjective manner (according to their own taste). A rating of zero means that the animation has been viewed but not rated. The individual ratings for a given animation receive a point value; these points represent the value of the given animation. At the end of a reference period, these points get added up and the users with the top three scores will receive prizes. The winner of the game is the animation (i.e., the user creating the animation) which received the most points within a reference period. The 2nd and 3rd place winners will follow in mathematical order (i.e., those users whose animations received the 2nd and 3rd most points). Users participating in the game have more than one opportunity to create animations and thus increase their chances of winning. The HankyPankyHero Game is accessible at www.orgasmservice.com (property of EOS INSTITUTE EC Ltd). The animation ratings are stored during a given reference period and are deleted when the game period ends and the prizes are distributed (except for the stars which indicate the popularity of an animation, which do not get deleted). That is, at the beginning of each new reference period, all the animations which had not won in the previous reference period will start out from 0. Those animations that had won a prize in the previous reference period can no longer participate in the game. The point values of the animations are not public. Users cannot rate their own animations, and a user can submit only one rating per animation during a given reference period. In the case of a tie the amount of credits will be distributed among those with the same amount of points. The names of the creators of the winning animations may be posted on the scoreboard.

5.2 Conditions of participation in the HankyPankyHero Game
Any internet user who, at the time of registration, is 18 years old or above, is free to participate in the HankyPankyHero Game. Users are eligible to win credits if they meet the conditions of participation in the Credit Prize Game. If a user does not meet the conditions of participation in the Credit Prize Game, he or she cannot receive a prize, even if his/her animation finished 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place in the game.

5.3 Description of the Positions Memory Game – The selection of the winners
The aim of the game is to find matching pairs of pictures by turning up cards. By clicking on the mouse, users have the chance to look at two cards at a time. If these two cards are pairs, they will disappear from the screen. A level is completed once the user has made all the cards disappear. At this time, the user will move on to the next level and receive a more difficult table of cards. The winner of the game is the user who completes all the levels in the shortest time possible. The 2nd and 3rd place winners follow in mathematical order: i.e., they are those users who complete all the levels of the game in the second and third shortest times. In the case of a tie, the credits are distributed among the users who completed all the levels of the game with the same time results. The user names of the winners will be posted on the scoreboard.

5.4 Conditions of participation in the Positions Memory Game
Any internet user who, at the time of registration, is 18 years old or above, is free to participate in the Positions Memory Game. Users are eligible to win credits if they meet the conditions of participation in the Credit Prize Game. If a user does not meet the conditions of participation in the Credit Prize Game, he or she cannot receive a prize, even if he/she completed all the levels of the Positions Memory Game with the best time result.

6. Description of the OS Doctor Quiz Game, Positions Quiz Game, Sexual Terms Quiz Game, and OS Blog Quiz Game

6.1 The selection of the winners The winner will be selected from among the participants who fill out so-called internet quiz games (hereinafter referred to as “game(s)”). Each game will contain eight questions. All players must answer the same questions within each game, but the order of the questions may change on every occasion. In each reference period there will be four different games; the questions in each game will be different from those in the previous reference periods. The way the games work: For each question we provide five possible answers, out of which one is definitely correct. The players must mark the correct answer. Whoever provides the greatest number of correct answers within the shortest time will be the winner of the game(s). The 2nd and 3rd place winners follow in mathematical order: i.e., they are those players who provide the correct answers with the second and third best time results. To increase their chances, players have more than one opportunity within a given reference period to fill out a game quickly and correctly. The games are pre-produced by EOS INSTITUTE EC Ltd. The players’ scores are stored during a given reference period and are deleted when the game period ends. In the case of a tie, the credits are distributed among the users who gave the most correct answers with the same time results. The user names of the winners will be posted on the scoreboard.
On top of this, at www.orgasmservice.com there is also a version of the games where there is nothing at stake. Any internet user who at the time of registration is 18 years old or above is free to try this game. Questions from all four games will pop up in random and unpredictable order, thus ensuring that the game is exciting and that the player has a chance to practice.

6.2 Conditions of participation in the OS Doctor Quiz Game, Positions Quiz Game, Sexual Terms Quiz Game, and OS Blog Quiz Game
Any internet user who, at the time of registration, is 18 years old or above, is free to participate in the OS Doctor Quiz Game, Positions Quiz Game, Sexual Terms Quiz Game, and OS Blog Quiz Game. Users are eligible to win credits if they meet the conditions of participation in the Credit Prize Game. If a user does not meet the conditions of participation in the Credit Prize Game, he or she cannot receive a prize, even if he/she gave the most correct answers within the shortest time.

7. Game prizes
The prizes for all the games found at www.orgasmservice.com (HankyPankyHero Game, Positions Memory Game, OS Doctor Quiz Game, Positions Quiz Game, Sexual Terms Quiz Game, and OS Blog Quiz Game) are the same.

First place:
Thirty credits of OrgasmService membership access
Second place:

Third place:

8. Notification of the winners
Winners will be notified in e-mail too about crediting their account in their personal user profile, no later than on the 7th working day from the end of a given reference period.

9. Exclusion from the HankyPankyHero Game, Positions Memory Game, OS Doctor Quiz Game, Positions Quiz Game, Sexual Terms Quiz Game, and OS Blog Quiz Game:

All players will be excluded from the game(s) if:
a) They provide incorrect or insufficient data at registration.
b) They send out e-mail invitations to play the game(s) to such internet users or e-mail addresses who/which do not belong in their circle of friends or relatives. That is, it is forbidden to send game invitations to strangers or to e-mail addresses in public databases (spam).
c) Users who cheat or use forbidden methods to gain undue advantage will immediately be excluded from the game(s). EOS INSTITUTE EC Ltd. takes it upon itself to notify all competent authorities and organizations in the case of such an event.
If, for any of the above reasons, the user’s privileges must be suspended, the user will also lose all privileges to play any of the games previously available to him/her. EOS INSTITUTE EC Ltd. reserves the right to exercise its discretion when assessing such cases.

5. Conditions of participation in the Prize Quiz game(s)

Any internet user who, at the time of registration, is 18 years old or above, is free to participate in the Prize Quiz game(s). The organizing company, as well as its employees and their family members are not allowed to participate in the Prize Quiz game(s) (according to Section 685/b of the Hungarian Civil Code).

Participation in the Prize Quiz game(s) requires registration and purchase at www.orgasmservice.com. Based on the value of the prize(s), there are various conditions regarding purchase:

1. Conditions of participation in the Prize Quiz game for the mini notebook: Registration, as well as purchase of a 30-credit user access (membership) at least once within the given reference period (Spring, Summer, Fall). On every occasion, a new purchase is the condition for qualification in a game within a given reference period. As a special condition, each player must, at the end of the given reference period (i.e., at the end of the Prize Quiz game for the mini notebook), have paid membership (even if only one credit). (Credits may either be leftover credits or top-up credits.) If this condition is not met, the user is not entitled to receive the mini notebook, even if he/she finished first place in the Prize Quiz game for the mini notebook. In such an event, the prize goes to the user (member) with the second best time and with valid membership. If meeting these conditions, the user may also participate in the Prize Quiz games for the mobile phone and for the 120 OrgasmService credits, but he/she has to complete the quizzes in all cases, and at the end of the Prize Quiz game for the 120 OrgasmService credits he/she must have paid membership (even if only one credit). (Credits may either be leftover credits or top-up credits.) The opportunities to play the Prize Quiz game(s) are marked with icons on the website (in the user’s own “My account” section).

2. Conditions of participation in the Prize Quiz game for the mobile phone: Registration, as well as the purchase of user access for at least 3 days, at least three times within a given reference period (Spring, Summer, Fall). The purchases made within a given reference period cannot be transferred to the following reference period. The opportunity to play the Prize Quiz game for the mobile phone is marked with an icon on the website (in the user’s own “My account” section).

3. Conditions of participation in the Prize Quiz game for 120 OrgasmService credits (membership access): Registration, as well as the purchase of a 30-credit user access (membership) at least once within a given reference period (Spring, Summer, Fall). The purchases made within a given reference period can be transferred to the following reference period but, as a special condition, each player must, at the end of the given reference period (i.e., at the end of the Prize Quiz game for 120 OrgasmService credits), have paid membership (even if only one credit). (Credits may either be leftover credits or top-up credits.) If meeting these conditions, the user may also participate in the Prize Quiz game for the mobile phone, but he/she has to complete the quiz in all cases. (In the Prize Quiz game for the mobile phone, it is not possible to transfer credits from one reference period to another; i.e., the conditions of participation must be met in each and every reference period.)

6. Notification of the winners

Winners will be notified in e-mail too about the time and method of receiving their prize(s), no later than on the seventh working day from the end of a given reference period. The prize(s) will be collected either in person, at the office of EOS INSTITUTE EC Ltd., or through mail delivery. If the winner is able to collect his/her prize(s) in person, he/she may collect it/them at the office of EOS INSTITUTE EC Ltd., within thirty days from the end of the given reference period (after booking an appointment). If the winner is partially incapacitated, he/she must be accompanied by his/her legal representative when claiming and collecting his/her prize(s). If the winner is incapacitated, only his/her legal representative is entitled to act on his/her behalf. The prize(s) are not transferrable. EOS INSTITUTE EC Ltd. is liable to the payment of taxes on the prizes.
