and Payment GUIDE OF ORGASM SERVICE

1. Payment instructions:

   • If you are a new User, you must register first. You should register by clicking on the “register” button and by filling in the required data into the registration fields.
   • As a registered User, you can log in to the website by clicking on the “log in” button and by entering your previously accepted e-mail address and user password.
   • After you logged in as User, you can find the details of the purchasable access packages (credit) by clicking on the “subscription” button.
   • After choosing the access package (credit) you are willing to purchase, click on the “Click here!” button, and fill in the required bank card payment fields. After filling in the required fields, complete the transaction by clicking on the “Complete this transaction” button. In the case of successful transaction, we will confirm the purchase of the access package (credit) via e-mail containing a link by clicking on which you can download the authentic electronic invoice on your purchase. In the case of unsuccessful transaction, we will notify you the problem and  the possible solutions by sending you a web message.  

2. Right to rescind the service:

   If you purchased access package (credit) to the content of the Orgasm Service accessible after payment of fees, you may rescind the service regardless of the payment method chosen for the transaction without any reasoning within 8 working days after receiving the notification on the successful transaction,, providing that you haven’t entered into such content of the website by this time yet.

   Within the above deadline of 8 working days you may inform us on your intention to rescind the service by sending us a written notice with the adequate content to one of the following addresses:

   • e-mail:support@eosinstitute.com
   • postal address: EOS INSTITUTE EC Kft., H-1395 Budapest, Pf. 428.

   The above notice must contain at least your user name and your e-mail address used for your registration to our website, as well as your clear and unambiguous statement on your intention to rescind the service provided by Orgasm Service on payment of fees.

   You may exercise your above right to rescind the service only, if you did not once use the service provided by Orgasm Service on payment of fees within the deadline of 8 working days after the payment of the fee. However, if you visit any section of Orgasm Service’s content with fees by using your acquired credits, your right of rescission expires, and thus in this case EOS INSTITUTE will not refund any paid amounts on this basis.

   In case of lawful rescission, the whole amount of the membership fee paid by you will be refunded by EOS INSTITUTE to your bank account used for the original purchase within 30 days after receipt of your rescission notice.

   We draw your kind attention thereon that in case of lawful rescission, all the credits included in the access package affected by the rescission will be annulled by EOS INSTITUTE.

3. Refund of the paid membership fee in other events:

   Regardless the event of lawful rescission specified under Point 2, EOS INSTITUTE can in no event refund any paid membership fee, thus including but not limited to the refund of your remaining unused purchased credits in the event of the termination of your membership.

   However, if the reason for the termination of your membership relates to any problem in connection with technical matters, with the use of the website or with payment of the fees, we will carefully investigate the issue and individually decide on potential refunds according to the circumstances.

In case a transaction is refunded, all refunds will be made by crediting the credit card that was used by the original purchase.
