EOS INSTITUTE Educational Center's Anti-Spam Policy What is Spam? Spam is an unsolicited advertising message sent through email (also known as junk mail or UCE-Unsolicited Commercial Email), newsgroups, IRC posts or instant messaging services (MSN, Skype etc.). What is the Anti-Spam philosophy of EOS Institute? EOS Institute has a strict no tolerance spam policy and distances itself from any spam-related activity, considering it illegal. EOS Institute will not participate in or condone spamming. EOS Institute is committed to protecting its clients against this issue, and will report any spam-related events to the proper authorities. Every message you receive from us will be send solely on the basis of your prior expressed opt-in consent. Our every email contains a mandatory unsubscribe link that cannot be removed in order to provide you with the possibility of opting-out anytime from our mailing-lists with no justification required, and with no applicable fees or restrictions. In this case you will not receive any messages from us in the future, unless you subscribe for our mailing-list again in your personal section on our websites. Any messages you receive after you opted out are not sent by us, and are to be considered as spam sent by others who violated this anti-spam policy. We do not assume any liability for such messages except of terminating the accounts of the violator user. In accordance with the Terms of Use of our services, our websites cannot be used either by the Members or by the Experts for advertising or promotional purposes. Any user found to be intentionally using Orgasm Service for spam-activity will be immediately cut-off from use of our services, and their account will be immediately terminated. If you know of or suspect any spam-like activity, or if you receive any spam, please notify us immediately at info@eosinstitute.com. How does EOS Institute protect you from receiving spam?
