6) You declare and accept that you will not register under the name of a third person and/or use their personal data during registration. EOS INSTITUTE will not be liable for any claims arising from such false registration, and you as User will be solely liable for any damages occurred by this third person.

7) You accept and acknowledge that EOS INSTITUTE cannot and will not examine the validity or accuracy of the information provided by you at registration and during the use of OrgasmService.com.

8) You accept and acknowledge that placing any advertisements or links to other websites on OrgasmService.com – without a prior written consent from EOS INSTITUTE – is against the rules and thus forbidden and that doing so will make you legally accountable.

The communication between you and the Doctor may only take the form of web messages sent and received through OrgasmService.com.

All the advice and information provided by the Doctor through OrgasmService.com serves informational purposes only. As such, no communication through OrgasmService.com and no advice or information received through the website can in any way replace professional medical attention or treatment.

You acknowledge that EOS INSTITUTE, besides providing the technical platform for such communication to take place, does not participate in the communication in any way and does not endorse, affirm, or edit the advice and information provided by the Doctors, nor does it verify the accuracy, quality, or applicability of said advice or information. The opinions and/or viewpoints expressed by the Doctor through OrgasmService.com are the Doctor’s own and do not represent the opinion/viewpoint of EOS INSTITUTE in any way. Therefore, EOS INSTITUTE can in no way be regarded as the source of the advice or information provided by the Doctors through OrgasmService.com.

EOS INSTITUTE provides no warrant or guarantee that the Doctor will be able to answer your questions and provide you with appropriate and/or satisfactory advice or information.

You accept and acknowledge that EOS INSTITUTE is only responsible for providing the technological platform for the communication between you and the Doctors. The Doctors registered at OrgasmService.com can in no way be regarded as employees of EOS INSTITUTE; the Doctor’s registration on the website will not result in such a legal relationship between EOS INSTITUTE and the Doctor.

You accept that EOS INSTITUTE cannot and will not monitor or verify the abilities, qualifications or professional background of the Doctors registered on the website. You may ask for such verification at any time, independently of EOS INSTITUTE, directly from the Doctors registered at OrgasmService.com.

The User is solely responsible for coming into contact with the Doctors and for communicating with them through OrgasmService.com. You may rely on any advice or information provided by a Doctor through OrgasmService.com solely at your own risk. EOS INSTITUTE will not be liable for any damages or personal injuries resulting from the use of any advice or information provided by a Doctor through OrgasmService.com. IN NO EVENT SHALL EOS INSTITUTE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT) ARISING FROM THE CONTENTS OF ORGASMSERVICE.COM OR THE ADVICE, INFORMATION, OR CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH IT.

Price of the Membership
Communication with the Doctors through the Ask! feature of OrgasmService.com may only take place after paying a set amount of fees. The fee must be paid each time you send a web message to a Doctor through OrgasmService.com.

The sexological content of OrgasmService.com, such as informational videos, articles, and video blogs, may only be accessed after paying a set fee. You may select a time period during which you will be allowed to access those contents of OrgasmService.com which are for registered users only. Once the paid period expires, you will have the chance to purchase further access for whatever period you choose.

At OrgasmService.com, you will find all the information related to the fees to be paid and the various methods of payment.

Conditions Related to Your Use of OrgasmService.com
When you register at OrgasmService.com, you will have to choose a user name and a password. These will allow you to gain access to the contents of OrgasmService.com and also to communicate with the Doctors. It will be your sole responsibility to keep this information confidential. In no event shall EOS INSTITUTE be liable for any damages incurred as a result of the loss or misuse of your user name and/or password.

EOS INSTITUTE strongly urges the Users never to give out their passwords to any third parties. Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet is never completely safe. If you find out or suspect that someone else got access to your user name or password, please inform our support team immediately and we will provide you with a new user name and/or password and delete the previous ones.

You as User shall be solely responsible for all activities carried out under your user name and password at OrgasmService.com, regardless of whether these activities are carried out by you or someone else and whether or not with your consent and knowledge.

Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights on all texts, videos, pictures, and all other content on or in connection with OrgasmService.com, as well as any visual or technical solutions used in organizing and selecting this material – especially, but not limited to the domain- and copyrights, trademarks, know-how and database – are exclusively owned by EOS INSTITUTE.

Most of the sections of OrgasmService.com, such as the videos, graphics, articles and other informational materials may only be accessed by our registered Users and Doctors. By accepting these Terms and Conditions and registering on OrgasmService.com, the User will only gain the right to access and download material from OrgasmService.com solely for his/her personal and private purposes. The User will by no means be granted any rights or licenses to any copyrights, trademarks or any other intellectual property rights related to OrgasmService.com and owned by EOS INSTITUTE.

The User may use the contents of OrgasmService.com solely to find information for personal purposes. The commercial use, including but not limited to the marketing, distribution or merchandising of any of the contents of OrgasmService.com, whether online or through any analog or digital data storage device (such as CD, DVD, BLUE-RAY, HD-DVD, VHS, MINI-DV etc.), is strictly prohibited.

In particular, the User is not allowed to store any permanent copies on his/her hard drive or on any other data storage device without a prior consent from EOS INSTITUTE. Furthermore, the User is not allowed to make any content available to the public through the Internet, whether or not through intermediate storage and whether changed or unchanged, in a way that the time and place of the availability might be defined by the members of the public; or to otherwise make any contents public, either through – including but not limited to – any video capture software, broadcasting, live streaming, streaming, framing, or embedding methods, or through analog or digital broadcasting either through cable or satellite. The use of such applications and procedures in connection with any of the content of OrgasmService.com is strictly prohibited.

Furthermore, the User is especially not allowed to modify or alter any of the contents of OrgasmService.com.

The use, reproduction, distribution, communication to the public, or modification of any material on OrgasmService.com against the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited, and may result, beyond the immediate termination of the User's membership, in further legal action as well.

The User may not adopt or use any trademark, mark, company name or domain name under any top level domains which is the same as or similar to – including but not limited to – the names orgazmusszerviz.hu, orgasmservice.com, Orgasm Service, Orgazmus Szerviz, or EOS INSTITUTE. Such action will be considered to be a violation of the rights of EOS INSTITUTE and may result, beyond the immediate termination of the User’s membership, in further legal action as well.

Privacy and Security
EOS INSTITUTE is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. We understand the importance of protecting our Users’ personal information. Our use of personally identifiable information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accessing and using OrgasmService.com, you agree to be bound by said Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge and accept that when you submit your personally identifiable information to OrgasmService.com, even though EOS INSTITUTE is equipped with up-to-date security devices to prevent unauthorized access or interception, there is no absolute guarantee that your data will be safe on the Internet. Modification and Termination of the contents of OrgasmService.com
EOS INSTITUTE may, at its sole discretion, modify the contents of OrgasmService.com, and temporarily or permanently terminate OrgasmService.com without any prior notification to its Users. Indemnity/Compensation
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless EOS INSTITUTE, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, or expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) your access to and use of OrgasmService.com; (ii) any activity of the Doctors conducted through OrgasmService.com; (iii) your violation of any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions; (iv) your violation of any third party rights, including but not limited to copyright, property, or privacy rights.

Your obligations related to indemnity and compensation, as set out in this document, will remain to be effective even after these Terms and Conditions expire or you stop using OrgasmService.com.

Amendment to these Terms and Conditions
Without interfering with your rights under applicable law, EOS INSTITUTE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time as a response to technological advancements, legal and regulatory changes, and sensible business practices. If EOS INSTITUTE decides to change these Terms and Conditions, an updated version of the Terms and Conditions will be published on OrgasmService.com with the date of the update indicated at the end of the Terms and Conditions.

Miscellaneous
In case any provision set out in these Terms and Conditions becomes invalid or ineffective, it shall not affect the validity or effect of the remaining provisions.
